Why is the domain free for only 1 year?
We purchase the domain for you initially which is covered in the monthly subscription cost and within the first 12 months we transfer the ownership of the domain to you so that you have complete control over the identity of your website. From second year onward you pay the domain renewal charges directly to the domain registrar and we play no part in it thereafter.
I have my own domain - will that work?
Absolutely. If you already have a domain purchased, we would simply point it to our servers where your website would be hosted to get it up & running. The subscription package costs remain the same.
Is hosting free forever?
Yes. You never have to worry about or pay for hosting charges and it remains included in your monthly subscription package.
What if I want to change or update content to my website?
You can request unlimited number of updates to your websites through the Client Panel. Each request you raise gets acted upon within 24 hours and based on the scope of the updates gets implemented within 48 hours to 5 days. You can keep track of each of your update request from the Client Panel Dashboard.
Will I be charged for support in future?
No. Support is always free of cost and irrespective of the subscription package you have chosen, the support always remains without any charges.
What happens if my monthly payment fails?
You will have 7 days to change the card or make sure the card on file has sufficient balance before your website goes down. The website is permanently deleted from our servers if the payment stays overdue for 30 days.
